The link between the Cellist of Sarajevo and The Angled City is quite interesting. The Angled City could be a small part of the Cellist of Sarajevo. It was interesting when, in class, we compared N. and Arrow. A few things that we found were that, Arrow and N. were alike in the way that both snipers run like machines. Another similarity was that they are both able to make great/perfect shots. They also have many differences, N. makes a game out of the shooting, while Arrow is doing it as a way to get back at the men on hill, who N, just so happens to be. Arrow has a better understanding of who the people in the city are, while N. does not. That is until N. goes to take a look around the city. He stays there over night and he learns how much hurt this war is causing to theses people. For Arrow, because she is one of these people she is using the hate that the men on the hill have put into her to kill them and protect others. For N., he may not understand fully as to why he is taking the lives of people at random, but after his visit to the city, his job becomes harder.
